Greg GrubbsWe traveled from VA to FL about a week ago. Santee Seafood Bistro was within walking distance of our hotel so we stopped by for dinner. We were a little skeptical at first because it wasn’t crowded at all (many other diners arrived after we did). Lynnette, our server, was quite friendly and made us feel right at home. Hushpuppies were out-of-this-world and Lynnette even provided an extra complimentary order of these gems. Our 3-Meat Sampler and Shrimp Po Boy were also outstanding as were the creative cocktails they whipped up. This Bistro checked every box for the 3 of us, as we greatly prefer smaller diners to eat in when we travel versus franchises. On our next trip to FL, we will definitely stop by again. Top shelf!!!

Josiah WeaverAbsolute gem of a restaurant. After traveling all day it was a very nice place to sit down and just feel at home. The food was delicious the hush puppies were to die for they tasted right out of my mother’s kitchen. The fried green tomatoes tasted as if they were fresh out of the garden and had the most perfect texture and flavor. I had the snow crab legs with fried okra and collard greens they were absolutely worth every dollar I would give six stars if I was able too,this restaurant will remain in my memory on my trip to Santee. The atmosphere was amazing the waitress made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you would like to have a good time and a good meal.
