Jonas King-HolzsagerDidn't stay, but wanted to say that Barbara st the front desk was very helpful. We had an issue with our trip that meant a last minute cancellation, and while the 1-800 number eas completely unhelpful, Barbara instantly took care of us. We make this trip from time to time, so would definitely try to stay again in the future.

Jennifer JacksonWe had traveled for 5 hours before lucking out by finding the HI Santee! Although we slept there and left early the next morning, my family found it to be clean, comfortable, with excellent service. Tabra was patient and kind with my sleepy self! She was helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Rajwant ThindWe had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Santee. From check in to check out, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and newly renovated, and it was really what we needed after a long day of driving. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was nice and quiet even though there is a bar and restaurant downstairs. Breakfast offered a good variety, and it was obvious the team here takes pride in their place. What stood out most was the customer service. Every employee we came across was friendly and made us feel valued. If you're traveling through Santee, I highly recommend staying here.

moed300⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal Stay – Exceptional Staff and Property!I would give this property more than five stars if I could! From the exact second we checked in, Dominique welcomed us with a smile and made us feel right at home. He kindly explained that the on-site bar and restaurant were open until 10 PM. This was a wonderful, pleasant surprise we hadn't expected!Check-in was incredibly fast. Walking into our room, we were met with crisp, cool air conditioning and a spotless, highly accommodating space. The shower pressure was absolutely great.After refreshing, we went down to the restaurant for dinner. Our server, Tabra, was friendly, conversational, and just a lovely person all around. She mentioned their new wine selection, and since we ordered a bottle to share, she gifted us two souvenir wine glasses—such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! The food was amazing (compliments to the chef!), and the entire atmosphere was exceptionally clean.Every single staff member we encountered was happy, smiling, and genuinely friendly. We will absolutely be back whenever we pass through Santee again. Thank you to the wonderful staff and property for a perfect stay!— Maureen Dooley
