Rita ClarkOur room smelled like corn chips and urine. If it wasn’t so late , we would’ve canceled the room and kept driving. The shower was also not cleaned properly. It had to be something in the carpet. Edit: It was at your hotel. Please improve your housekeeping.

Cheryl BlackwelderI am the Princess of Princess and the Pea when it comes to mattresses and I was able to sleep on this one. It was very comfortable. The pool was nice, the breakfast had many options, and the staff were all very friendly. Plus, it was very clean. We will stay here again next time we come through.

Reflection points/inflection process, it's all progress, no? Awareness is the key to the solution...
