I arrived on the evening of May 21st late in the evening and before walking into the lobby I was checking the reviews. I found the reviews to say that the place needed updating but that the rooms were clean. I went ahead and went in, when I walked into the lobby I was pleasantly surprised, the lobby was very clean and had numerous amenities for sale near the front desk. There was a seating area with a fireplace and off to the right there was a restaurant to purchase breakfast in the morning. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. On the counter they have a glass jar with dog bones in it. I recently lost my service dog of 16 years and I found that jar made me smile. When I got up to my room I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the door, the room was very clean and very inviting, the entire hotel has now been renovated. On the bed where four pillows of different types, the bed was very comfortable and as I was in a corner room I had a wrap around window that overlooked the grassy area behind the hotel. The water pressure and the hot water both were great. I will definitely stay again at this location the next time I am passing through

My coworker and finished a job early down in Florida, and we’re able to get on the road back north before schedule. . Although we didn’t have our rooms booked at the Holiday Inn in Santee six hours before check-in, we were able to get them and get them at great rates. When we arrived at the hotel, it was clean well lit outside and spotless in the lobby. When we got to the front desk, one room was checked in perfectly, but there was an issue with the second room. The front desk attendant, Sandra, not only had an amazing attitude, but also got the room situation figured out quickly. Upon entering my room, it was clean organized and had all the amenities. This was a great night’s stay, I recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in Santee.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Santee. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The beds were super comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. One of my favorite parts was the heated pool—just make sure to let them know if it’s cold so they can adjust it for you. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend staying here! I only have videos no photos, but I’m a person who leaves reviews every place that I stay and I highly recommend
