Peggy Jones-HawkinsI’m giving five stars to Brian and Jazz for their outstanding customer service. They have always been there to assist me. The decision to close my account was because your price increase, from paying $115 to 189 was a great jump. $74 is a lot when you are on a fixed income, that was a lot! I could see the increase if security was there and there were cameras on each floor, but none of that we don’t even have access accessibility to your trash dumpster. Let it be after hours and we had to get a cart from the office. The increase came, but nothing else came with it. Suggestion that prime storage will find a way to have accessibility for a customers with trash, cart available for all and penalize those persons that decide to take the cart them. Also, have camera accessibility on all floors that can be monitor who’s going out and who’s coming in. The safety of all is a concerns when office is closed. Again, thanks to Brian and Jazz who made my stay at prime Storage very comfortable. Because of them, Brian and Jazz, I will refer others with the confidence knowing that they are there.

Scott PetrangeloFacility is extremely clean and easy to access. Jazz and Brian in the main off are super friendly and always very helpful. I stop in the office whenever I bring stuff to my unit and they are always great to talk to and get help from!

Jadon DenmanVery courteous staff. They always gave me important information to avoid adding extra expenses to my bill. IE: Insurance notification when due. Clean environment. Just great people and I have been a customer there for years. I still have another unit at the facility.

John CappsThere have been a few bad reviews regarding security and this is my first experience with this facility so time will tell. Getting in and out is easy as well as access to my storage unit. I was disappointed in myself for leaving my personal hand cart outside the entrance to the climate controlled building and it disappearing. I did call but apparently someone took it upon themselves to take it home with them as the manager said he had not seen my hand cart based on the description I gave him. Was hoping a camera may have caught the thief but it's still on me. My only advised would be for people that are checking in for the first time, make sure you go during office hours. I was not told to do this. On the day I was checking in to use my unit, I arrived at 9 am. I got through the gate and found my unit but there was a lock already on it. I walked to the office as I had seen someone sitting inside when I drove through the gate. I knocked on the door and was greeted even though the office doesn't open until 10 am. He explained that they put locks on all of the units even when they are empty to prevent others from using them. He quickly removed the lock so I could get access to the unit. Thank goodness he was there early or I would have had to wait an hour and if it had been on Sunday I would have been completely out of luck.

Rachel FPrime Storage is in a great, safe location, has a secure gate, decent office hours, is extremely clean. I signed up for a deal online, and hopefully they honor that price for a few months and don't change the rate. But so far so good. Went in, bought a lock, signed the paperwork, was done in 10 min. Brian the manager was very professional and nice. It was a very easy, pleasant experience.
