Kevin HathawayThe service here is outstanding. When placing my order for the fried chicken wrap, it was easy and effortless. The warm service made me feel welcome and made me feel valued for being there. With it being a long hard work week, it was a sweet blessing to get my food out fast! I will certainly be coming back more frequently for the fantastic experience I’ve had. Everyone can cook food and so the service is what makes the biggest impact. But I do know I could never make a fried chicken wrap as fire as yall can! Can’t wait to eat it. I’ll be coming here more frequently! Thank you 😌

ET HarwoodBest breakfast sandwich in a long while. I got a BEC on croissant. The bacon was perfect - not limp and not burnt. The eggs were not scrambled or fried but perfectly folded, cooked like omelette but folded over twice. This is how Bojangles used to do it… before it was lost to big corporations. So so good!

Nathalie PI used to LOVE East Bay Deli's self serve salad bar and their chocolate cake. I say used to, because since covid, you cannot self serve the salad bar anymore (their friendly staff do that part for patrons), and the chocolate cake seems to have gone downhill. I've tried different locations of EBD and the cake seems to just not be as decadent as it once was. This particular location has EXCELLENT staff members who are super kind, friendly and upbeat. The eating area and bathrooms are super clean! However my meal was average: a wrap, slice of cake, no drink for $23. The buffalo chicken wrap comes with a kids size bag of plain chips. The wrap was tiny, and filled with sliced deli chicken as opposed to real chicken and buffalo sauce (sauce was served as a side in a little cup). The chocolate cake was moist but tasted of "fridge". I specifically asked if the cake was fresh, was told yes, so I trusted this. When leaving, I mentioned the cake "tasted like fridge" to the person behind the counter, and got a lackluster reply of "oh, I'll have to check that out". I wonder if the other cakes tasted that way.... or if a confirmed FRESH cake would have made a difference. Needless to say, I did not buy my planned to-go slice, and likely will not again.

Jen JenHad a great experience at the Carnes location! Staff was respectful, responsive and working hard. Lilly especially was very accommodating to customers! Food was excellent.
