Lori WeathersI was so impressed with the service that Sarah provided. I was skeptical at first because the shoes are kind of pricey, but Sarah measured and analyzed my feet. She then pulled three pairs. I only liked one, so she went and got three more. She spent so much time and understood exactly what I was saying. If you have any foot issues, please go see the people at Fleet Feet. They are amazing!!!!

Kyrston ClouseBrent at the Carnes Crossroad location delivered exceptional service. I have never visited a Fleet Feet and I have never had a concierge style shoe shopping experience. He did a great job explaining the analysis and different brands. I tried on several pairs of shoes and he was extremely patient while I tried to figure out what shoe I liked. I also never felt pressured - he did not try to sell me anything or takes a sales approach - which I really appreciated because I hate when I go somewhere and feel like someone is trying to sell me stuff. I would rather make an informed decision about how to spend my money. Brent is excellent. 10/10 would recommend someone visiting Fleet Feet specifically to see him.
