When I came in 2 months later to decide which ring I wanted, we worked with Rachel. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and good at helping me figure things out! Once the ring was purchased, we had to get it resized. It came back VERY fast, looking perfect and sparkly! Just in time for a special day tomorrow. Brad FrazierI’m so glad I found Polly’s. I was told by another jewelry store in Summerville that this lady’s watch needed repair. I went in just for a new battery, so I found Polly’s via Google search. They sent the watch to their watchmaker in North Charleston and it came back with a new battery and working perfectly. It did not need a repair. Polly’s is just what you want in a fine jewelry store. It is large, beautifully appointed, with a robust inventory. A top notch and very professional staff is the icing on the cake!

They never made us feel pressured to go outside of our budget and their customer service was top notch. Chandler was super patient with us trying to decide what exactly we wanted and went above and beyond trying to find something that checked all of our boxes. They made the process so easy and I'm looking forward to coming back when it's time to get the matching band. Thank y'all so much!
