Jose FrancoGreat customer service from Blake the technician. I bombarded him with questions about the service before he even walked in the house he answered all my questions also added additional information that I was not aware of. He performed the service in the house first he was very thorough and was not wearing his work shoes in my house which was nice. He finished by doing the outer portion of house cleared off all webs, the job was fast efficient and he left me with a lot more knowledge about the service he provided and the bugs he was getting rid of. Thanks again for a great job.

Liliana AradillasWe have been in our new home for a year and wanted to protect our investment from termites. We had seen some around our yard and asked for Palmetto Exterminators to inspect and quote us on prevention service. They scheduled me in and went through areas that could be affected but thankful none were present. So we made a service contract and were very pleased with the discount price being offered for new clients. They installed a week after and excellent service so far.

Sallie PetersonJesse has been doing our quarterly pest control for a few years now. He does an excellent job, cheerfuly /efficiently, always let's me know when he arrives, any problems he has found, that I didn't know about, & let's me know when he's finished, Gates are closed / secured. We have been in N. Charleston for 24 years, when the 2 yr contract for quarterly pest / termite bond (part of our closing agreement on the house )needed to be renewed , I did my research. The name that kept coming up, time after time, Palmetto Exterminators ............. any time I've had problems, ( may be due to drought, or excessive rain ,)I call the office, Jesse comes out, usually within 24 hrs or less, problem solved. We are truly very happy & pleased with the setvice. Jesse, thank you again, for everything.

Paul PDalton came out today for my quarterly pest control service and did a great job. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing.
