Ronnie ParrisCody assisted me as soon as I walked in. I needed to replace the front passenger tire that had a slow leak. I'm 3 months new to Summerville SC. My Bronco had just over 12K miles on it. I didn't have an initial appointment. But I had to get the tire replaced. Cody listened to my concerns; walked to the car and took the necessary info. He explained the choices of tires. He gave his professional recommendation but allowed me to make the final decision. He then respectfully explained there would be a wait, which I understood. I ran some errands and came back at the appointed time. The tire was replaced before I knew it. For service and workmanship, definitely FIVE Stars to Firestone at Grandview Dr& E 5th N St.

hannah tovarI had an absolutely fantastic experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I needed a last-minute, same-day tire repair, and they completely stepped up to help me out. Smitty, in particular, was incredible—he had a great attitude, provided excellent service, and got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend them for any tire repairs or service needs. Fast, professional, and genuinely helpful!

LaDonna DavisIn the last 6 months, I have had two experiences with Firestone where they stepped in and saved the day.! The first was a nail in y tire as I was getting off work. I got there about an half hour before closing and they took care of me with a pleasant attitude. The second time was yesterday, July 3rd. My battery died and by the time I made it to them it was again approximately 30 minutes to closing time. They took care of me, again with the same excellent service. There was a lady in front of me who needed a tire and the cashier changed it himself because the other guys were busy!! All of this with a smile and without complaining. I am forever grateful!!! Thank you, Firestone!!

Amaya Spivey5 stars is not enough! I picked up a kitten from the interstate this morning and it snuck into my dash board. For hours I didn't hear anything and got worried when she wouldn't come out. I called Firestone to unfortunately have my dash taken apart in hopes she was still there and okay. They said to bring my car and they would fit me in immediately and try to work with me on pricing. At first they couldn't find her and told me it would be pricy but I did tell them to do what they needed to do. After 20 minutes of pulling apart my dash, they found her and were able to pull her out. They offered to keep her and immediately took her to the emergency vet across the street to get checked out. Other than being scared, all is well enough. I cannot thank this crew for helping me, saving her, homing her and caring for her. The customer service and genuine care from everyone on the team but especially Smitty and Kaitlyn is something I will never forget. This kitty will have a wonderful home!
