My husband and I had a great experience at NAPA Auto Supply and Equipment, 1031 John C. Calhoun Drive, Orangeburg, SC, yesterday. After an exhaustive effort searching throughout Orangeburg for the appropriate battery for our tractor, we called NAPA. During this conversation, the manager, Jay, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in providing info about batteries available at NAPA. Upon our arrival at the store, he was professional, friendly, super efficient and effective in identifying the right battery for our tractor. He also went above and beyond in explaining the warranty and features of it and provided assistance in getting it into our vehicle. We also observed Jay's professional, courteous and controlled behavior in dealing with his employees, who were also professional and friendly. Jay is definitely an asset to the NAPA organization. We highly appreciate the outstanding, friendly, and professional service that we received, definitely plan to come back for our future needs, and highly recommend this store to our family and friends.
