We really enjoyed our visit to this place! Unfortunately when we stopped by in mid-July, the roses were at the very end of their season. However, it was still worth our visit. The grounds are huge and beautiful. The trails are pretty. Lots of cute ducks around the gorgeous pond too. And you can't beat FREE!
Aug 13, 2025 · Google ReviewCute Lil rose garden and waterside boardwalk. Unfortunately they're working on the boardwalk so we couldn't go down it but it was cool to see some of the wildlife and see a baby alligator and some beautiful Rose's
Sep 1, 2025 · Google ReviewSo beautiful and the trails are shaded so it is nice to walk when it's hot! We even saw an alligator!
Sep 27, 2025 · Google ReviewThe roses were gorgeous and the ambiance around the grounds was relaxing, either by the pond, by the flowers or amidst the Cypress trees on the lawn. Or take a stroll along the Edisto River. Unfortunately, most of the boardwalk along the river was closed. One block off Hwy 301.
Apr 21, 2025 · Google ReviewHave heard of this place for years and finally got to visit. It's absolutely beautiful and definitely worth the trip from Blythewood. The roses were still popping, the walkways relaxing, the huge cypress trees majestic and the ambience wonderful. We will come back to check out all the Christmas lights in December.
