Been going here for quite a few years off and on. The food's pretty decent, but the menu has been changed fairly recently and several items that I used to get regularly are no longer on the menu. No ACP. No alambre, and I'm sure other selections have been removed that I don't normally get so I didn't notice. The chips were good - light and crispy - and the salsa was okay, but I've had better. And now they now bring it out in a tiny little bowl, as opposed to the normal size ones you typically get at a Mexican restaurant. I guess it's probably a response to so much waste that people often do, so I can't fault them for that. At least you can still get refills without being charged extra. They used to have several different bottled varieties of sauces, and I especially liked the chili habanero, but now they're down to just Valentina. And they apparently no longer have an alternate fresh salsa that is spicier than what they typically bring to the table. Lastly, the prices keep going up and the quantity of food keeps going down. I got fajitas from the regular menu (as opposed to the lunch menu) and the portion of fajitas you get now is equivalent to what you used to get for the lunch portion several years ago. And they went from giving you four corn tortillas down to three, and I suspect you'll only get two flour tortillas now If you choose those. Yes, everyone's prices have gone up since COVID considerably (why haven't they gone back down now that that's all done and over with??), but it's the double dipping with raising prices AND giving you less food that I don't think is fair. At least a few places that have raised their prices have also increased their portion size to reflect. All told, the service was good and the atmosphere was fine, but I'm not a fan of having to pay more for less and for stripping the menu of popular items that you can still find at almost any Mexican restaurant. That said, pricing and portions aside it's nice that they're still in town and a Mexican option that's local, and generally still a good recommend.
Feb 12, 2026 · Google ReviewMy mother took me here for the first time for my birthday, and to say it was a hidden jewel would be an understatement! This restaurant is now one of my favorite eating spots. I love their salsa especially. The waiting staff are so kind and extremely understanding. They made sure our drinks were full and that we had a good time eating here. I love this place so much. I will definitely keep coming back, and I would definitely say that if you haven't gone here yet that you 100% should give it a try. Maybe, like me, it'll end up being one of your favorite places to eat! 😋✨️
May 22, 2025 · Google ReviewThis was our first visit and it certainly will not be our last. Our server Lauren was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the menu and the vast selection of Tequila’s. She was attentive without being over intrusive. The drinks came very quickly and the food was served in a timely manner with no delays. The food was excellent quality and good value for money. If you are in the area this restaurant is a ‘must stop ‘ for everyone. Thank you for everything. We will be back! Ian
