Excellent place for a hike through the woods. Basic trails, no markers except distance. Shared with mountain bikes. For me, the Old Santee Canal at the far otherwise of trailhead is the jewel. Love that!
Jun 15, 2025 · Google ReviewA little too slow and tight turns. Kinda lame trail design for riding. Better for running. The ramps are pretty cool but they need to put dirt berms on the super tight stuff and cut down more of the little tree s. Also a lame place to stage a NICA race. No place to pass. Just a cluster.
Aug 8, 2022 · Google ReviewGreat casual hiking trail for those who would like more elevation changes. I'm used to doing flatter trail systems so this was a nice change. Bug situation was pretty tame when I went (June) for those who are picky about that kind of thing. It took me about 90 minutes to complete the 5 mile loop so it was a good workout. Also, I do appreciate the "portajohn" located at the entrance for those of us who have to make longer drives to get here. All in all, I would definitely considering coming back here. If only it were closer to the house.
Aug 11, 2025 · Google ReviewMore ascending/descending than I would have suspected in moncks corner. Well marked and clear ride. Saw 2 hikers but otherwise had the trail to ourselves on a weekday morning. Clean safe parking area
Aug 18, 2022 · Google ReviewNow my favorite trail in the Charleston area. It's the fastest rolling trail and takes good advantage of the elevation changes. It's short, but sweet!
