Johanna BurgessThe atmosphere at CFNC is friendly and family-oriented. Whether you’re new or a long-time member, everyone supports, pushes, and motivates you no matter what. No judgment at all. I love that every workout class is never the same, so I don’t have to worry about what I’ll be doing each day — it’s already set up by the coaches. The class schedule works great for me, and I’d say the vibe is welcoming and supportive. The variety of classes is awesome!

Guilherme RamosThey had every equipment that was necessary for the workout, the gym has space for everybody, Crossfit has made me stronger physically, after a few months of CrossFit I noticed I had a better strength and my cardio performance got so much better, I appreciate James and all the coaches for making me better person every day !

Emma WVery structured classes, lots of smiling faces, accountability from all coaches. In comparison to big name gyms, CFNC feels welcoming and encouraging. Other gyms tend to be emotionally sterile, in my opinion, but being cheered for and encouraged keeps me coming back to CFNC regularly. Additionally, I feel adequately challenged. There’s never a workout I can’t do! I can feel my body getting stronger as the months go on!
