Autumn ShampineGreat location. Very clean and good size room. Ours even had a small kitchen area which was great Staff was friendly. They definitely need more parking though! People were having to park at the hotel across the street because they don't have enough spaces to accommodate when they are booked up . I would recommend staying here!

Julianne MillerPicked this place on a whim while traveling into town. Not disappointed at all. The front desk associate was pleasant enough, helpful, and quick. The room was great. So much space and amenities i don't typically expect (very functional mini kitchen). The beds and pillows were EXTREMELY comfortable. The continental breakfast had a nice spread too.

Alexis AWhat can I say? My fiancé surprised me with a romantic getaway and booked a room at this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice\. Joshua at the front desk was absolutely exceptional\. My fiancé is an Ambassador member, and he was treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and respect\. We understand that the 4:00 p\.m\. late checkout is only available at participating hotels, but honestly, that didn’t take away from our experience at all\. This was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had\. Joshua went above and beyond to make us feel welcome\. His warm smile, positive attitude, and obvious passion for his job made such a lasting impression\. First impressions matter, and he gave us an outstanding one\. Every associate we encountered during our stay was friendly and accommodating, but Joshua was the associate who checked us out, leaving us with the same exceptional service we received upon arrival when he checked us in and during our stay\. The general manager Mrs\. Brenda is amazing and a sweet heart\. I love her so much\. During the stay we needed some stuff and he didn’t hesitate to help\. He is a tremendous asset to this hotel, and because of employees like him, we will definitely be back\. Thank you for making our getaway so memorable\!

John JaaThe rooms aren’t cleaned properly but it’s nice to have a microwave and a stove top and a dishwasher. The people staying there were smoking inside the place smelled like skunks. The pool is very dirty. The worker there that’s up when they are serving breakfast was very rude to me and my family and I was shocked how he was speaking to me. He was a black man and he was bald. The gym is nice and the rooms are nice.
