Kesha NicoleWe had a great stay here! Stephanie at the front desk was great! Each day we had a different variety of things for breakfast and I must say for a hotel breakfast, it was really good! As an extremely clean person and somewhat of a germophobe, I found that the rooms were extremely clean! I only have one negative thing to say, and that was the bed skirts looked as if they hadn’t been changed because there were spots and spill on the sides. We were about five minutes away from the outlets and maybe 15 to downtown and 25/30 to the beach. There were tons of restaurants from fast food to casual dining nearby as well! Great location! We will return!

Rose AStaff is friendly, professional and keeping busy. This hotel is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. I can really appreciate the hard work that goes into housekeeping. My only suggestion is the carpet needs to be steam cleaned. Do no walk on it barefoot. Bed was comfortable. Pillows are small and squishy. Bathroom was large. The breakfast was fantastic! Lots of variety: yogurt, cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, grits, toast/bagel (including GF option), muffins, scones. Coffee was okay but better than nothing.

Linsey InglettStaff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very nice. Beds were comfy, AC worked great, shower was a good pressure and water was nice and hot. Breakfast was also hot and delicious! Shout out to Stephanie for her great customer service! Overall A+ experience, can't find anything to complain about.

Tracy HenryRoom had a funky mildewy smell. Although nowhere near downtown Charleston, the parking fee is $14/night!!! The area is a bit sketchy, but the parking lot is very well lit. The staff was friendly and the breakfast bar was well stocked.

W LStayed here for a tournament and was happy that the staff honored my room request. They were also accommodating when I asked housekeeping to refill all the product bottles in the room as well. The location is in a busy area with several hotels, shopping and restaurants close by. The room was clean but you can really hear the traffic and noise from outside the hotel and inside from the hallway. Bring a white noise machine! The hot breakfast was very good and the attendant was 100% on it; refilling and cleaning the breakfast space.
