rhonda simsTrevor came to fix my Samsung Top load washer but was unable to fix it. He tried to find the parts and called his office to have them search as well with no luck. He was thorough and dedicated to fixing my washer but without the parts, it was a losing battle. I so appreciate how dedicated Trevor was in trying to fix my washer and his research on where he might find the part. He is a true asset to this company.

Edward BighamSo far this place is very helpful. I am working with them on getting everything for my new home. I will update everyone as the process goes along. Update: everything went great. It was all delivered without a hitch. Everything works great and looks good. Thank you. Update: our water tank in the refrigerator broke a couple days before the warranty was up. The salesman said that it would be covered and $180.00 dollars later it wasn’t covered. Thanks for nothing. I won’t be shopping here again. The products are very good but the service at this place turned out to be no good. Good thing they are not the only repair company around.

Meant 2 Be RVingArd’s has been around a very long time and there’s a reason! They have excellent customer service and if the item is in stock, you can get it then and now. Give them a try before you go to the big box stores, they will not disappoint. The price for me was the same as the bigger box store, but the service, availability, and readiness to assist was hands down the best experience.

Ashley DickersonArd's was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! They were very friendly and helpful while we were looking at refrigerators after ours suddenly died on us. They set it up so that we would get our new one ASAP so we wouldn't be without. The two individuals who delivered it were friendly and very careful with getting it in and setting it up, and we felt comfortable with them being in our house. We will only use Ard's for all household appliances now!

Lindsay RasnickMy washing machine died, and my Mom called Ard’s and surprised me with a new one. She told me she was paying to have mine repaired. They went along with the ruse and went out of their way to make sure I was totally surprised and delivered and set up a new washer the same day. It has an agitator and the lid can be opened during a cycle, like older style washing machines that you can’t find anymore. They were easy to work with and had excellent customer service. They cover the warranty and you don’t have to call the washing machine brand company and fight over service if anything breaks. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future! As my mom put it, “I will drive all the way there to buy any appliance from them rather than use Lowe’s who treats you like they’re annoyed doing you a favor and make you wait weeks.”
