LaAundrea YoungThey had a great process. I browsed online for the washer and dryer set I wanted. Next, I completed the form online and was pleasantly surprised with the limit available to me. I almost didn’t believe it. What I was looking at was nowhere near the limit I had, so I was excited. I called my store to ensure it was true and they accepted all of my information via email while we spoke on the phone. By the end of the call, I’d made my first 2 payments, set up autopay and had a delivery date set. My delivery even came earlier than expected. Set up was less than 30 minutes. It probably would’ve taken them less time, but I live in a second story apartment. They tested the set with me before they left. The only issue I had was that I didn’t know the set wasn’t going to come with a dryer vent, but I was able to grab one from Lowes later that same day. I was up and running. The set is XL and amazing. It’s quiet and I have a warranty for peace of mind in case anything happens. I haven’t had an issue yet though. My set is almost paid off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I will continue to use them! I have my eyes on something else and it is still within my approval limit. I called and they said I could add it now if I wanted, but I’ve decided to wait until I’m down to my last few payments with this washer and dryer. Excellent service!
