WhaCho NameIsManHave been taking my children here for a while now. They always loved it, even when the machines constantly took their tokens. I would have to say they used to be a 2 Star place however with all the upgrades they have moved to a 4 Star. The games are as entertaining as ever for the kids and the ability to get their card points back if the play card is lost or stolen while here is amazing! I am sad that they completely did away with the indoor playground however I do understand why. It's not as cheap as it once was however overall I like it better and the kids love it. I would definitely recommend.

Jessica StinneyWe had my daughter's birthday party here today. Zach or Zack? Not sure how he spells it, was our party host. Everything was perfect. He really took the best care of us. He called me the night before to go over everything and even answered questions about allergens. Everything was set up when we got there, he checked on us multiple times and even gave us a candle because we forgot the one for her cake. He also cleaned up her vomit when she coughed too much from her asthma. I totally would have, but he did it with no hesitation and no complaints. Chuck E. Was great too. My daughter kept wanting to hug him and he was so patient and kind. The place was clean, all of the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I was extremely happy with the party we were provided. Thank you for taking care of us!

Stacia WilsonI've brought my nieces here on many occasions and they really enjoyed themselves. However, today I was given a buzzer, that didn't work, which meant I wasn't notified when our pizza was ready. I saw it in the window while my niece jumped in the jump cage; it was also there when we went to the restroom about 5-6 minutes later. I told the manager that the buzzer didn't work and he said that he would check it. When I mentioned the fact that the pizza was up for a while he acted as if I was wrong for questioning the freshness of the pizza... he took a hard stance on the pizza only being up for 4 minutes, which I know isn't true. My niece enjoyed herself but as a paying customer, my concern should have been addressed more professionally and with less sarcasm!

Charging EagleI love the Artwork at this Chuck E. Cheese! It's the last store in North Carolina and South Carolina that has a Studio C and an animatronic. I give it a 10/10! But I wish Zack was there

Arya SadaghianiBest Chuck E Cheese ever definitely recommend y’all to come to this location service there was really awesome and they still have a Animatronic there and they said they should not be getting rid of it anytime soon definitely would want to come back there again soon overall 5 stars and yeah a wonderful and awesome Chuck e Cheese that is actually near me that I can visit again someday.
