Maureen Dooley⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal Stay – Exceptional Staff and Property!I would give this property more than five stars if I could! From the exact second we checked in, Dominique welcomed us with a smile and made us feel right at home. He kindly explained that the on-site bar and restaurant were open until 10 PM. This was a wonderful, pleasant surprise we hadn't expected!Check-in was incredibly fast. Walking into our room, we were met with crisp, cool air conditioning and a spotless, highly accommodating space. The shower pressure was absolutely great.After refreshing, we went down to the restaurant for dinner. Our server, Tabra, was friendly, conversational, and just a lovely person all around. She mentioned their new wine selection, and since we ordered a bottle to share, she gifted us two souvenir wine glasses—such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! The food was amazing (compliments to the chef!), and the entire atmosphere was exceptionally clean.Every single staff member we encountered was happy, smiling, and genuinely friendly. We will absolutely be back whenever we pass through Santee again. Thank you to the wonderful staff and property for a perfect stay!— Maureen Dooley

Rajwant ThindWe had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Santee. From check in to check out, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and newly renovated, and it was really what we needed after a long day of driving. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was nice and quiet even though there is a bar and restaurant downstairs. Breakfast offered a good variety, and it was obvious the team here takes pride in their place. What stood out most was the customer service. Every employee we came across was friendly and made us feel valued. If you're traveling through Santee, I highly recommend staying here.

Alexandra MisslerMade a quick over night stay here and Ashley at the front desk was exactly what I needed at the start of my long trip. She was so kind and friendly, and made us feel right at home. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Everyone else we came across was friendly as well. Glad we chose this hotel!

Craig BoddieCheck in was nice and easy. My family and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. My wife enjoyed the fish and chips (fried catfish) which was well seasoned. My child had the Salisbury steak and well seasoned mashed potatoes. I had the mango habanero wings (pretty spicy but the heat didn't stay with me all night). Our attendant was Terri. She was very pleasant and had a big smile as she helped us with our order. As a matter of fact, Terri was wearing multiple hats this night. She was bartender, waitress, as well as bus person. She kept it all together very well.
