Toni SI’m happy to say that I’m back to recommending this place. My dog has been going here again for daycare, and the experience has been consistent, friendly, and reliable. That matters to me because once I trust a kennel, I really want to feel good every time I drop him off and pick him up. The staff has been pleasant, the service has been steady, and my little guy has been doing well there. I appreciate knowing what to expect, and lately, they have given me the kind of experience I originally loved about this place. I also want to be fair and update my previous review. I had stopped going for almost a year because I felt like things had changed, and I wasn’t having the same experience I had before. My brother started taking his dog there without me knowing and had great things to say. Since I trust his opinion, I decided to give them another try. I’m glad I did. I’ve now been bringing my boy back for about two years, and things have been fine. The concerns I had before are no longer what I’m experiencing. It feels like they have gotten back to the service and consistency I appreciated in the beginning. Based on my recent experiences, I’m happy with how they handle him, and I am also comfortable recommending them again. UPDATE: ownership has changed and I haven’t been getting the same service as I was getting the many many years before this. The last few times I bought him home, he smelled bad, really bad unlike before. Prices have changed quite a lot also. Not sure of what’s going on lately but as of November 2023, I haven’t been taking my little guy there For daycare anymore. Also, front desk the not as friendly as I remembered. I feel like I am a bother when I asked questions. I hate to mark down but there’s been a big change. I hope they go back to how they were doing before. —————————————————— I love this place! My Furbaby goes there for boarding and daycare. I have also referred many friends. My brother’s lab also goes there also. When it first opened, I met the owners who were extremely nice. My miniature poodle was a regular until my daughter moved him out of town with her after graduation. In 2020 I got a new Furbaby and he has been going there from the time he was old enough. They are extremely consistent at this place. I know what I’m dealing with and what to expect. My little guy always smells nice and clean when he comes home. The people who work there know the dogs by name and are very friendly. When I turn the corner and drive into the driveway, my little guy goes crazy trying to get out of the car and jump into their hands. That says a lot because he is extremely picky. Highly recommended!

Roy AranetaThey took care of my little Mocha for a MONTH yall and did a WONDERFUL job! They kept in contact with me throughout the duration of me being gone and even though she had an issue, they followed up with my vet and kept me in the loop throughout the process! I will only use their services moving forward now. Wonderful staff and amazing facility overall I am so happy!

des bHighly recommend TGR for boarding and grooming! My dog loves coming here, and the staff is so friendly. No surprise charges ever. I love adding the “report card” when I board my dog, they go above and beyond to share what your dog is up to.

John FurtmeierWe searched for a good place to put our dog, Maya, when we were headed out of town. Got some less than positive reviews about some other places and decided to give The Grooming Room a try. We could not be happier! The fact that they included food for a small fee, sent us pictures and report cards on her while she was in their care, and even bathed her so she smelled nice and fresh when we picked her up was just the right touch. Highly recommend!!
