Nathan StillingsI’ll start with the positives: everyone I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. The installation crew did quality work, and the finished floor looks great. Unfortunately, three issues significantly impacted my experience. First, the pricing was confusing. We originally received a quote for one flooring option, but later chose a different product that we were told would be less expensive. Surprisingly, the final price ended up being more than $75 higher. Second, communication around scheduling was disappointing. After placing the order on a Friday, I was told I should be able to schedule installation by early to mid-week. We delayed scheduling other contractors while waiting for the flooring timeline. After hearing nothing for a full week, I called and was told, “Oh we were going to call you tomorrow,” and that scheduling still wasn’t available until the following day. Finally, on installation day, I was given an arrival window of 8:00–11:00 AM. I took time off work and stayed available all morning, postponing other important errands. Despite several calls asking for a more specific ETA, I was repeatedly told only that they would arrive sometime within the window. The installers ultimately didn’t arrive until 12:20 PM. Delays happen, but better communication would have allowed me to plan my day accordingly. The quality of the work ultimately earned this review an extra star. Otherwise, my experience would have been closer to a 2-star rating.

D.D.Julie was fantastic! She helped me match an existing floor from a picture. She took her time explaining the differences in each lvp option. Highly recommend going in to see her. She is a wealth of knowledge.

It's sad to say but it is very rare to find the quality of staff and product that we found with the Flooring Factory. Their communication is excellent and any issues we had were dealt with quickly. Michael ListonFantastic experience. We had them match the LVP in a room we had left carpet when we originally had the rest of the downstairs done a few years ago. From the initial quote to the installation, it was all top notch. Not to mention they were cheaper than other quotes we had received. They will be our first call for any future flooring needs.
