Lisa CottonWe spent about a week being assisted by Bernard @ Sumter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and he was outstanding. He applied no pressure just answered questions and shared info we needed while making the purchase. His professionalism & friendly family oriented personality was appreciated and made the buying experience top notch. To note he did most of our Q&A via phone calls because we were out of the area and traveling to make the purchase so in a world with most comms being online this was helpful. The finance department (Tony I believe) was also a pleasure to work with even though we came in thinking our credit union would be the lender. Jason HowlettGreat experience with this dealership. They were able to get all the financing done before we even looked at the vehicle. Sharon was amazing through the process. She help us get everything set up and knew a lot about the vehicle we purchased. Devontre was great to work with and definitely shows he is a great GM. We went to other dealerships before this one and was not treated well. This dealership will have my business in the future when we purchase a new vehicle for our daughter. Printed me a service schedule of what would be done when my vehicle hits certain mileage. I really appreciate it. I have had a great experience with this dealership since I purchased my vehicle.
