Dr. Sherrell PylesToday, my sisters and I visited the state of South Carolina (Me from California, and my siblings from Georgia). Our hotel was across the street from the restaurant, Mon Cafe Japan in Sumter, South Carolina, where we decided to order takeout. We had an outstanding experience thanks to AJ and Sydney. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel like we were a bother. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and genuine smiles made our visit even more enjoyable. Great customer service like theirs is hard to find these days. My sisters and I were so impressed that we asked to speak with their manager just to make sure they received the recognition they deserved. AJ and Sydney are true examples of excellent customer service and represent Mon Cafe Japan exceptionally well. Thank you, ladies, for making our visit such a pleasant one. Keep doing what you do with that beautiful smile—it truly makes a difference! We will definitely be back.

Bill McguireOverall, just middle of the road. It's okay. Went like 2 times, and both times I found it not spectacular. People were very nice, but food could have been a bit better (the tuna roll had i think it was cucumber, which was fine, but I dont care for it, and the second time, the chicken i got was rather dry) Maybe just a bad few days. Gonna try again in a little. I dont want them to think I'm writing it off
