marcy mickelsonFast and friendly service from the moment we walked through the door. I ordered a shoreline spritz and created my own lobster lovers dream. I chose the crispy dragon teriyaki lobster (hope this is added to the regular menu would make a great appetizer) and the lobster pasta au gratin ( a creamy version of lobster Mac n cheese. Heidi was our attentive server. Highly recommend, I will definitely be coming back.

Chastey GibsonWe had a wonderful dining experience from start to finish! Our waitress Savannah was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Our drinks stayed full, and we never felt overlooked. I also appreciated that the managers took the time to come by our table and make sure everything was going well. The appetizers and food arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Everything we tried was delicious! The atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable, and the excellent service made the experience even better. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Rose GatesWe had an awesome experience dining at the Red Lobster in Sumter Broad Street. Beginning to end. The young man that seated us was kind and very polite. Our server was knowledgeable and courteous. We ordered crab legs and linguine, it was all delicious. The manager Sam came by our table and chatted with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Top tier service food and atmosphere. We will be back. Khaydeshia was amazing!
