I love this gym.! The coaches are very the BEST .! The workouts are intense, they push you through the whole workout. This is not your regular gym where you do what you want, you get your moneys worth and you see results.! Everyone is genuinely nice at the front desk and super helpful. My mental health has improved so much since I’ve been going there regularly. So much more happy and confident.! ❤️❤️❤️

All the OT’s I’ve visited, I always get a great work out in. While I do enjoy the structure of these classes, I do think it’s a place for people who love that group class atmosphere that don’t particularly like to work out alone or perhaps don’t have the motivation or is new to working out. I think they have a good system of where they have stations split up and have modifiers for people who can’t perform certain exercises. The class I took was fun, good coach and friendly staff. While I don’t see myself spending that much money monthly for a gym like this, I do respect what they do and that the people who work their are genuine and create an environment that helps people feel comfortable and challenging. The classes are accommodating to all walks of life!

I’ve worked out at a lot of different OTF studios over the years, in different states (which is one of the best perks of a membership with Orangetheory - access to all studios worldwide, anytime!). They all have their own unique character, but share the common theme of encouragement to do the best workout we can every day we’re there! The Summerville location takes that to another level. The class sizes are smaller than some other studios I’ve been at and there is a small but mighty coaching staff of 3 stellar coaches, which truly enables you to get to know the members and coaches on a better level. And these coaches take their role in motivating every member very seriously! Fantastic studio, so glad this is my new home.
