Order and paid online for small pizza and a Philly cheesesteak grinder. We got a call that they did not have Philly cheesesteak. We were offered to change our order but we asked to cancel the order. I did not want something else. The order was canceled but we were not refunded. I called today when I saw the charge and was told they do not refund but I could have a credit for a future order. We called back for dinner and requested the same items. We were told 20 to 30 minutes. Received a call back, no Philly cheesecake. I agreed to a meatball grinder with no sauce and just cheese added. We got there picked up the order and went home. The person taking orders was on the phone and didnt even apologize for the trouble. When we got home, I opened the grinder to eat it, and it was a saucy mess. This was our first time AND our last ordering from Marco's.

This was my 1st time eating here and the service and the pizza was great Jordan was amazing ,very friendly, and helpful i wasn't too sure on what to order but he told me the best recommendations it the pizza was great i will eat here again
