We had a custom piece done at the last min and he came through like a rock star and got my ring to me 3 weeks ahead of schedule and eased a lot of stress leading up to my wedding!!!!! megan sandersOne of the best Kay’s I’ve been to. My fiancé and I were out of town for the day and we stumbled across this store to look for our wedding bands. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted by Dana. Once Dana understood what we were looking for, it took her no time to gauge our styles and come up with the best suggestions. She would seamlessly answer any questions we had and she remained open and honest throughout the process. This particular store had the largest range of wedding bands we have seen. We weren’t sure that we were purchasing today but because Dana was so thorough and took her time to ensure she really understood what we wanted, we found both of our bands today. Overall, my fiancé and I are very satisfied with the service we received today. Dana, we greatly appreciate you for assisting us in finding the perfect bands and providing us with a great experience.

Robert MI don’t normally write many bad reviews but I felt I should share my experience. First I should say the staff there is very friendly and professional. But I brought in a watch that I thought needed a battery. The staff member said that she couldn’t replace the battery in the kind of watch I had and needed to be sent out for service. She mentioned that it was swiss made and it needed to be “repressurized”. It would cost $89 plus tax and it would take 3-4 weeks. Since it had sentimental value I agreed. 3 weeks later I received a voice mail from Steve saying that the shop looked at it and they put in a new power cell but the watch was still not working and that it was probably a mechanical issue. The estimate would be $160 for the repair and to contact the store if I wanted the work done or they can send the watch back with no work done. I followed up with a visit to the store and explained that I would decline the repair and to just send the watch back. I did mention how would I know if the watch was actually not working after the power cell was put in. The repair shop could’ve put the power cell in and if it worked could just say that it still needed the repair and just added $160 to the $80. About a week later I recieved a call and an email saying the watch was back in the store. I went in to pick it up and pay the $80 that I originally agreed to. As I asked the staff member if they left the new battery in the watch I looked down at it and it was working!! I stated this to the staff member and he looked puzzled. I told him that he was the one that called me and said the watch was not working even with the new power cell in the watch and it needed another $160 in mechanical repairs! He then stated he would look into it. This is exactly why I declined the repair! Bottom line is, Kay Jewelers is a part of the International Brand, Sterling Jewelers, and this kind of business practice is unacceptable! How many people have become victims to this kind of scam? I’m very disappointed in Kay Jewelers. I think that anyone considering bringing in a watch for repair, even a battery change, should think twice before doing so. Update: The manager at this location called and said they were sorry for the misunderstanding and offered to give me back the initial charge, which I greatly appreciated.

Sarah Turner⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brooklyn and her team at Kay Jewelers were wonderful to work with! Brooklyn helped me over the phone today with exchanging my husband’s wedding band after he lost weight and it was sliding off. She made everything so easy and was so helpful! When my husband went into the store today, the exchange was smooth and quick. We really appreciated how well she took care of us — excellent customer service! Thank you!!!!

missbpringleI came in to trade in a gifted diamond necklace and make my first major jewelry purchase…so I had a lot of questions and was extremely indecisive. Tabitha was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to answer every question, explain my options, and helped me find the perfect pieces with confidence. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise made what could have been an overwhelming experience enjoyable. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you make the right decision I highly recommend asking for Tabitha!
