Local LedgerWe stopped in on a weekday for lunch looking for a more balanced meal, Kairos was the perfect choice. We ordered the 2 protein plate & the Earth & Turf bowl. I loaded my plate with a wide variety to sample a little bit of everything. The spicy chicken was packed full of flavor & wasn’t dry at all. All of the veggies were fresh & tasted great, the zucchini and the roasted sweet potatoes both really stood out. Unfortunately the meatballs were cold in the middle, I didn’t end up eating them. Still, even with that, it was a delicious meal that I would come back for. The Earth & Turf bowl was super fresh, there’s a lot of variety in it but all the items pair perfectly. The falafel was fried fresh & tasted great as well! The pita bread isn’t anything special, but it’s still warm & delicious. A little bit of garlic would really take it up a notch. Service was outstanding! Every single server was extremely outgoing, kind & really made my day. That’s priceless! Overall, great flavors & great experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

Anjali PandeyRaw falafel. Spoke to the manager and apparently that's how the upper management has told them to make it. Other than that, fresh and filling! A good spot for an easy, flavorful meal. Good for vegetarian or vegan folks. Music was a little loud for my taste.

teighandecided to come here for dinner, and so glad i did! i loved the variety and ability to build your own bowl. personally, everything looked appetizing! i tried lentils and baba ghanoush for the first time—both super delicious. it was super quick and easy to get the food, staff was nice, and they had good music playing. overall, a great experience. everything tasted amazing—especially the chicken, lentils, and warm complimentary pita. i’d definitely come back! update: i came back! only change was that i got falafel—which was DELICIOUSSS!! yum. never had falafel before, but now i know i like it! i think this may be where i go for my birthday dinner in a few months 🙈
