Tim RoseThis HIE was better than the one we stayed at previously in Mount Pleasant in all regards - the staff was attentive and the hotel is clean. One day they skipped our room cleaning and we had to get extra towels but we didn’t face any other issues. They maintain the breakfast area and the offerings are the same as any HIE hotel and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all week. Would stay here again.

Ben EversonEarliest pool closing of any hotel we’ve been to. Booked the hotel specifically to have some nice relaxing evening swims so don’t count on that. Other than that, it’s a good hotel.

Brittany AlbrechtWe had a great experience during our stay in Charleston at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. It worked perfectly for our family of six and the breakfast was a great addition for simplifying our travels. Special shoutout to Abby working the front desk when we arrived at bedtime! She quickly got us set up with a crib for our room and was very welcoming and gracious. We would definitely come back and recommend this place for families !

ShaeSarah is an amazing person!!! From the time I checked in until the time I checked out! Her professionalism and her attention to detail was on point! I think I found my destination hotel in Charleston! Tangela who works night audit was sweet as well! Awesome staff!!!!!
