Laurie LynnMy experience with CubeSmart self storage was excellent. Lisa and Lewis both took excellent care of me. This is the first time I have ever used a storage unit. Lewis was very thorough in going over everything that I needed to know. He was patient, calm, kind, and supportive. I really appreciate Lewis taking the time to help me get everything figured out for our current storage needs. I recommend CubeSmart to anyone who’s looking for long-term or short-term storage rental. In our case, it’s short term. He explained all of the details for our situation extremely well! Sylvie UrrataClean and nice facility and unit, terrible location. The manager, Lisa, reached out to welcome us immediately, and was truly helpful and kind. Once we arrived, I realized it wasn’t located on the street I thought. Getting out of the street the facility is on to 52 (right only) and getting home (the other direction) was tricky. This might contribute to the reason they offer 50% off if you sign up online. If you go in person, it becomes immediately apparent, so just be aware. For some it may be no problem. For us, it doesn’t work at all. Fortunately, it is a month to month rental, so we can look for another storage facility while keeping our belongings safe.

Chimere MSecure Facilty. If you're in the gate after hours, you must call and verify your identity to receive a temp access code to get out. They check the units and will email you if they find a unit that's not secured properly. A phone call would receive a quicker response to secure it; however, it's good to know they check. Employee was very nice and courteous at checkin.

Brian HickersonI recently rented a unit at the S Goose Creek Blvd CubeSmart location, after a bad experience at a different storage company. Lisa and Jennifer were both amazing to work with. Lisa explained everything thoroughly and walked me around the property to look at units so I could choose the one that worked best for me.Thank you for being awesome!
