Bob HintzeAfter a long day of driving, my stay at the Hampton Inn Santee from 5/4–5/5 was exactly what I needed. The room was very clean and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that made for a great night’s sleep. April was especially helpful during check-in, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming after a long day on the road. The rest of the staff were also very hospitable throughout my visit, making the stay enjoyable. I also appreciated the nice breakfast before getting back on the road the next morning. Overall, a great overnight stop with friendly service and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.

Shaylyn WilhelmThe Hampton Inn at Santee is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Every person who works there goes out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The room was incredibly clean. The breakfast was delicious and the ladies who work the breakfast area are so helpful and kind. If you’re traveling 95 and need a place to stop for the night, the Santee Hampton Inn can’t be beat. We will definitely stay here any time we’re heading through for a vacation.

sherri julianWe decided to stop here driving from New York to Florida. It’s our first time here as we decided to drive a bit further the first night . I saw great reviews, so we gave it a try it out. We personally liked our Hampton Inn Florence much better. This particular hotel wasn’t quite as clean as people have reviewed . Perhaps we just had a room that needed upgrading. There was definetly dirt and wear and tear in the bathroom corners. Also there was a big area of where fresh paint looked to be covering a problem area or perhaps getting ready to paint the room. The service was lovely, especially the breakfast area staff. Overall I wished the hotel was cleaner. We weren’t too fond of the area either. It’s was on the pricey side for a 2 star and all we expect is cleanliness and comfort . It was a miss for us. I don’t think we puke stay here again.

Sara OverbyI love this Hampton Inn. I *highly recommend*. Happened to stay here because of location--although I had written off Hamptons for the past two years b/c of bad experiences. But this one is great! Very well managed. Staff is well trained, as well as being generally nice people. Very clean. No maintenance problems--everything works. Expansive room with storage drawers and cubbies. We will stay here anytime we are in the area.
