Discover with DaroyAs a former F45 studio owner, I’ve seen a lot of facilities and coaching standards, and F45 Sumter genuinely impressed me. The studio was exceptionally clean compared to many gyms I’ve trained at, the equipment felt new and very well maintained, and the shower/changeroom amenities were excellent. There’s also heaps of free parking around the studio and booking through the F45 app was simple. The owner coached the sessions we attended and was incredibly personable, even remembering details about our normal training routines after our first class. The programming was well structured and scalable, so everyone could push at their own level. The music matched the workout tempo really well, and the fans and air conditioning kept the studio cool throughout the session. The members were welcoming and supportive, and the classes never felt cliquey or intimidating. Great studio with a great community feel.

Abbey EvansF45 is the most welcoming and clean gym I have been to! From the trainers to the members, you will feel welcome from the second you walk in the doors. The workouts are challenging and all trainers are knowledgeable to modify for you as needed while also giving you the push you need to reach your full potential. The members are always cheering one another on and working together to achieve fitness goals. I have been a member for 6 months and have had such a positive physical, mental and social change since starting! The trainers are local to the community and support other local businesses and events in Sumter, bringing a bigger sense of community to our city. The cleanliness of the gym is 10/10 every day. Highly recommend for anyone looking to push themselves physically, but also looking to join a positive community of other hardworking individuals!

Misty MorenoF45 is a fantastic workout that never gets boring and always keeps you guessing. However, the studio in Sumter is way more than just a place that provides a workout. It is a safe haven...to come as you are...church if you will. YOU CAN SIT WITH US and we want as many different people at the table as possible. Each time slot has its own personality and everyone is collectively happy to workout with one another. Bonus: No mirrors...no competition...no egos...just the ones we have within ourselves that make us get up everyday and continue to push our own limits. If you are looking for a "gym" but something that feels more like a dance club with great music, constant motivation, and great people...F45 Sumter is the place!

Season JohnsonF45 Sumter is just what I needed! I was in a workout slump—haven’t been consistent in a couple of years. I’ve been going 4-5 times a week for a couple of months now. I love that the workouts are always different. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. They encourage me to do my best, and they’ve helped me improve my form. I’m using heavier weights than I ever have before and I have seen improvement over the last several weeks. My daughter is home from college and has been going with me, which has been extra motivating and fun. Love F45!
