Sandra ChildsI had a wonderful experience with Bird's Nest Florist! The flowers were absolutely stunning—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. I walked in one day needing flowers for a celebration of life. I didn't have an idea of what I wanted. The only direction I gave them was that the arrangements needed to look happy, not like a sympathy arrangement and the focus should be yellow roses. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help me choose the perfect arrangement for the occasion. My order was ready on time and exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this florist to anyone looking for high-quality flowers and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Charleston PartnerBird's Nest Florist & Gifts is Phenomenal! Terri & her staff always go above and beyond with their VIP care & awesome floral service. I order several floral arrangements throughout the year. Birthday's, Graduations, Get Well, Just Cause, or during Holiday's they always aim to impress and they absolutely do! I love how the staff helps me to customize the floral arrangements perfectly to the person I'm sending them to. When they are delivered to my family, friends, or business associates, I always get a call about how amazing the flowers are with comments on how the arrangement made them smile, and how appreciative they're that I sent them. Absolutely "5" Star Quality & Service Every time!

Ace ButlerAs a first time customer, I am blown away by their customer service! I ordered flowers online and received the wrong color ones once delivered. I called and made them aware of this and Terri was amazing at handling the issue and responded to me rather quickly! Nonetheless, the flowers were still absolutely beautiful! I have definitely became a life time customer!!
