My wife and my 8-year-old son purchased an ARRMA 1/16 Mojave Grom 4x4 RTR Brushed Desert Truck, Blue/White, with the battery and charger included, last week. My son was very excited to use it. He played with it for the first time for about 30 minutes, and then the battery died. We charged it using the charger that came in the box, but it did not seem to work properly. I decided to take it back to the store and speak with a customer service representative. I explained that this was our first time purchasing an RC car, and I asked why the battery died so quickly and why the charger did not seem to be working. The representative charged the battery near the front counter and said the battery was completely dead, so I needed to wait about 30 minutes. After that, the car worked again, and my son played with it briefly outside the front of the store. I thought the issue was resolved. However, the representative was not very helpful in explaining how to properly charge the battery. He mentioned using something like a computer charger and suggested looking on YouTube for how to jump-start it, which seemed strange and confusing for a new customer. I do not understand why someone would purchase an expensive RC car and extra batteries for additional run time if the product does not work properly and the instructions are unclear. After I got home, I had the same issue again. I looked on YouTube for help, but it was not helpful. Customers should also be aware that they may not be able to exchange or return the product because it is listed as a final sale on the receipt. At this point, I feel stuck with a product that does not work properly, and it has been a waste of money and time. I am very disappointed with this experience and will not return to this store. In the future, I would rather buy a more affordable RC car from Walmart that uses regular batteries and lasts longer.

Saw a couple guys "bashing" with their RC cars and decided to check out this store. Turns out one of the guys working was one I saw. They got me set up with a kraton mini and made sure I had everything I needed. Had an issue with the charger, brought it back and they swapped it out without any issues. Great team at this store and they make sure to get you what you need. Would recommend to anyone interested in starting or needing help in the hobby. Also they do birthday parties too
