I love my care specialist, Shelby Gissel. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond her duties, even making house calls. But I am not happy with the hearing aids she sold me! I was promised that I would get used to them and they would improve my quality of life. I unfortunately kept them beyond the 30-day free trial period but would like to return them for some compensation if I'm still not satisfied after my next appointment with Shelby. I am almost 91 years old and don't have much time left. These hearing aids and their expense are causing me more stress than relief. Sincerely, Rocco Caporicci (Rita is my daughter who takes care of my electronic communications since I don't have an email account, a computer, or a cell phone. I like to live as simply as possible.)

I brought my father in to get a pair of hearing aids and let’s just say these people were phenomenal! They went above and beyond for my dad and now my dad can hear awesome 🥹🥹. I highly reccomend these people- they were such a blessing!
