Keith PattersonI had a great experience here today. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Wasack was amazing and showed genuine interest while discussing my vision. The main reason I was searching for a new provider was because my previous provider had become very utilitarian and corporate, making me feel like simply a customer to be shuffled through the processes. That was not the case at Lowcountry Eye Care - Goose Creek. Here it was much more of a friendly, neighborly atmosphere. I beleive I have found my new vision provider. Thank you for the great experience.

L BluntI experienced unusual symptoms in my eye while visiting family in the area. I was able to get in to see a doctor within an hour The receptionist was extremely friendly and handled each patient with warmth and respect. The assistant and doctor were both friendly and kind. They listened to my history, symptoms and showed genuine care for my well being The doctor took the time to carefully examine my eye, explain her diagnosis and reassure me that I would be alright. If I lived in the area this office would definitely be my first choice. I highly recommend.

Elizabeth DesmondI had such a great experience today at Lowcountry Eyecare that I really wanted to share. Previously, I went to a different eye doctor for a contact lens consultation and ordered contacts that I knew within an hour were not going to work for me. I tried reaching out to their office multiple times and left messages, but unfortunately never got a response. It ended up affecting my ability to see properly and do my job, which was incredibly frustrating. Even though my insurance wouldn’t cover another visit or new contacts, I decided to come back to Lowcountry Eyecare in Goose Creek because they’ve always taken great care of me—and today was truly exceptional. From the front desk to the entire staff, the customer service was impeccable. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. The doctor was absolutely amazing and made me feel heard and taken care of. I left feeling so happy and confident, knowing I’d be able to see clearly again and get back to work without worry. I’m really grateful for the care I received today—highly recommend!

JoiI had to find someone within my insurance fast to get my drivers license renewed. I found this place was able to get me in within a week when everyone else couldn't see me for months. I informed them at the desk that I had limited funds and needed to stay within my insurance parameters. They happily accommodated me with this giving me all the options. Dr Wasack and all the staff were wonderful and I have never had a more thorough eye exam in my life. I've been wearing glasses for over 35 years. Thank you for a great experience. I will be returning.

Elizabeth AndersonI called this morning and was able to get an appt for my elderly mother. Everything was exceptional starting with scheduling, reception, the initial work up with Taylor, Dr V and the wonderful young woman (her name has slipped my mind) who helped with ordering new lenses. They were able to work with my mother to make it affordable for her. Everyone was so patient with her. Highly recommend!
