From the very first phone call, every employee we interacted with was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Then we were introduced to Joe Luongo, the store manager at the Goose Creek location, and that’s when the experience became exceptional. Joe made the entire process completely seamless from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. I can honestly say that I won’t buy another piece of furniture from anyone else. I 100% recommend Joe Luongo and the entire team at Kimbrell’s Furniture to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a stress-free buying experience.
