Love chatting with them everytime I go in. Usually visit after normal lunch time when its slower. Just realized I havent been in a few weeks, guess I know where I am going to lunch today!

Ross BlankEvery now and then you come across a restaurant that just hits different. This is one of those hidden gems. Stopped because I was in town for work and it was on the way, notice the high reviews. The reviews are warranted. The food was fantastic, reminded me very much of a cooked at home meal. Nothing was overly sweet or overly salty, my fried chicken was cooked to perfection. The collard greens were tasty, the mac and cheese was delicious, the candied yams for a treat, and the cornbread was perfect. If I'm in town again, I will absolutely stop by this delectable eatery.

Andre'Visited today from Tampa, FL, and the food was absolutely delicious. Seasoned to perfection, and the meat was falling off the bone. The butter beans and okra, and red kool-aid....Child, please! The staff was great, and Joe made the experience phenomenal. Highly recommended!
