If you're looking for movers, regardless if you are associated with the military or not, DO NOT use this company. I know it may be difficult not to if the military authorizes them to be your moving company but if you have a choice, 100% go with someone more respectable and courteous toward the military community. I was there to pick up my household goods personally from their storage facility. The manager, along with his crew, were the rudest, most dishonest pushy people I have ever met in my 20 years of service. I had to ignore the manager after being asked at least 15x's if I thought all of my items would fit in my rental truck and that he had been in the business a lot longer than I had. Trying to push someone along faster because it's early evening on a Friday and you want to go home is not the way to run a business. They also moved my items from the Columbia, SC facility to the Sumter, SC one without my knowledge. Long story short, if you want your moving experience to be a pleasant one, steer clear of this company. The military, active and retired veterans, deserve better! Shape up Mayflower!
