Nathan StillingsI’ll start with the positives: everyone I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. The installation crew did quality work, and the finished floor looks great. Unfortunately, three issues significantly impacted my experience. First, the pricing was confusing. We originally received a quote for one flooring option, but later chose a different product that we were told would be less expensive. Surprisingly, the final price ended up being more than $75 higher. Second, communication around scheduling was disappointing. After placing the order on a Friday, I was told I should be able to schedule installation by early to mid-week. We delayed scheduling other contractors while waiting for the flooring timeline. After hearing nothing for a full week, I called and was told, “Oh we were going to call you tomorrow,” and that scheduling still wasn’t available until the following day. Finally, on installation day, I was given an arrival window of 8:00–11:00 AM. I took time off work and stayed available all morning, postponing other important errands. Despite several calls asking for a more specific ETA, I was repeatedly told only that they would arrive sometime within the window. The installers ultimately didn’t arrive until 12:20 PM. Delays happen, but better communication would have allowed me to plan my day accordingly. The quality of the work ultimately earned this review an extra star. Otherwise, my experience would have been closer to a 2-star rating.

Laura HuffI absolutely love the Flooring Factory team at the Goose Creek SC location on St James Blvd! Another local flooring company cancelled at the very last minute on Friday the 5th of September for work that was scheduled to be done on the following Tuesday. With several other contractors already scheduled to come in after the flooring was complete I had to find someone else on short notice. My plumbing contractor recommended Flooring Factory and I called immediately. The receptionist, Julie, was so understanding and considerate. She miraculously managed to work the schedule to bring a two-man crew, led by Higor, the following Tuesday, keeping our project on schedule.

Craig ReevesWe had an amazing experience with Flooring Factory in Goose Creek. Julie and John spent a lot of time finding us exactly what we wanted. We had carpet installed in the upstairs and frog and LVP installed downstairs. The guys spent 2 1/2 days replacing subfloor and making everything level before laying the LVP. The installers took the time to ask how we wanted certain things and were great communicators. After it was completed, I felt that we got way more than we paid for. I would absolutely recommend this company for any carpet or flooring needs. Thanks again!

Cherry Gidney-BurnsI found out about the flooring factory through a residential group on Facebook. We had just bought a house, the carpet needed to be replaced before moving in. I had carpet installed on 2/12, 2 weeks after I got the quote. I worked with Wander who was phenomenal!! The original quote we were given was too high but he was able to get us within our budget with a carpet that looked just as good. He was always professional and very respectful! To add - the original contractors who were scheduled to install our carpet were out sick, we thought it would delay us moving in but flooring factory was able to accommodate us by finding another qualified contractor who did a great job, came out on a early Saturday morning!
