Kyle ClephaneI tried to see if I could check in early as a Diamond Member. Most places will let you if the rooms are ready. The lady at the front desk was refused and said I was not allowed to check in until after 3pm. Room was ok but bathroom needs some work.

Victoria PrintzLocation is very convenient to Shaw AFB and the Swan Lake Iris Gardens are 10 minutes from here. Complimentary breakfast each morning was great- omelets, sausage, pancakes, yogurts, cereals, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. The rooms are a little old with chipping and peeling but the rates are very reasonable.

Dianna ChavisNot one complaint!! Everything perfect. Best coffee from hotel in a long time. They have 2 coffee machines that grinds coffee beans then brews it right there. Hot coffee!! Lady said IHG hotels are changing over to these coffee machines. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. Excellent shower pressure and hot water. Enlarge tv with most channels that I've had in the past at hotels. Great location. Property very clean. Employees friendly. Breakfast food didn't look that bad. My husband and I always love the cinnamon rolls. So, coffee and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Yummy. Really, had a wonderful stay at cc that Holiday Inn & Suites.

R JBusiness trip. Solo Great location Great staff Water press 8/10 Bed convert 10/10--Medium plush Desk good work space Bathroom good size Hot water 10/10 Was here for 5 nights on business worked daily in the lobby/ breakfast area. Stuff was so nice John at front desk and house keeping. The lady that did the breakfast so friendly keep the area clean at all time. I enjoyed my day at this hotel. Newly renovated and extra nice. Next to great restaurants and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
