Veronique HI had a three day 2 night stay on 9/4/26-9/6926. The rooms were clean and decently furnishe with two queen beds and a queen sofa bed. As there were 3 people in my room, we requested more pillows and blankets and recieved them after I went and retrieved them. I was not impresed with the breakfast at all. It was continental with some hot food. The coffee, juice and fruit were great though. The hot food (turkey and pork sausage, folded eggs, biscuit gravy grits and walffles(which you made with the waffle machine (I did not have the waffles), all had a wooden taste to it. I observed the most people in the dinning room ate the food with no complaints and even complimented the staff. I'm more discerning about my food and as such after one bite, I threw it away. On our second day the elevators were out during the day but were working at night, then on check out day Sunday morning, the elevators were out again. Luckily, this was a three floor location with short steps, about 10 each flight. Check out was a simple process and took about 5 minutes after waiting for someone to come to the service desk.
