Nina MI really enjoy working out at this gym! The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and the equipment is always in great condition. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. A special thanks to my trainer, David — he is professional, patient, and always knows how to push me just the right amount. His guidance makes every workout effective and enjoyable. I’ve already seen great progress since training with him. Highly recommend this gym and especially working with David!

kayla JohnsonI’ve been coming to this gym for about a year now and the staff is always friendly! Josh and David always help out whenever I have a question and environment here is very welcoming and comfortable. Would recommend this gym over anybody other gym in Sumter!!
