I have nothing but positive feedback for this place! I was new to the area and I’m so happy I went into this store! I’ve purchased 3 beds here and each time was a great experience! Everything from walking in the door to delivery and set up everyone was so courteous and kind! They are top notch! These guys are great! Would highly recommend!

Today we purchased our seventh mattress from here, and every experience until today has been wonderful — which is why it wouldn’t feel fair to leave a low rating over what seems like an off day. We visited during a clearance event, and I was told that several of the associates assisting on the floor traveled in from other places to assist with the event. These associates weren’t fully familiar with this store’s inventory. That definitely led to some confusion and frustration for me. The associate who was assisting me chose not to take accountability for a mistake he made and ultimately escalated my frustration which was disappointing. That said, this is not our usual experience. We’ve consistently had great service in the past and will continue to return.

I had an excellent experience when I visited their showroom. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and wasn’t rushed. They were all knowledgeable in their product and helped me pick out the perfect mattress. These are all things you would expect, right? Well, what made my experience here different was the little things. The communication between the owner, this showroom and the other Summerville location was top notch. If they said “let me find out, I’ll call you right back” they absolutely did. I left my rather expensive sunglasses on the desk and I got a call that I’d left them but they would keep them safe until the following day, and they did. I’d made arrangements to pick up my new mattress the following day as they were transferring it from one store to another. They said it would be there by 10:30 and I got a call at 10 telling me it was ready. All in all I have nothing negative to bring forward. It was an easy process thanks to Swan, Frank and Chad. Y’all are the best and I’m sleeping great these days!!

I rarely write reviews; however, my experience with Sleep King was a very positive one. Chad, the owner, was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. The delivery men were very courteous, respectful of my home, careful & knowledgeable about putting the two queen beds together. Everything went smoothly: called for delivery, showed up for delivery, did what was necessary, cleaned up & thanked me for doing business with them! I always like doing business with local people. Being new to South Carolina, this was a very positive experience. Thank you, Sleep King!
