Lou FoxOverall I had a really great experience for both of my children. Which is a big deal since my second child is on the spectrum and non verbal and my oldest gets extremely anxious around doctors. The staff was amazing with both kids and they really were great about answering any questions I might have and figuring out fast that my oldest had glue ear. Overall great experience in the Audiology department and the specialist.

Juanita SimmonsThis is my first time at the hearing center for ENT of Charleston. And the reason I had to visit because my hearing was bad and I couldn’t hear out of my ear, but they did a good job with testing and finding out the problem that I did have a little hearing lost, my left ear. But I received some eardrops. It’s just doing OK but still not 100% I can hear. I guess I’ll be having another test done but above all they are great young lady is very nice. Great service. .

Richard BloomfieldThis was my 2nd visit in 2 years to the Summerville office. I live in Colorado and both visits were due to ear issues traveling by jet. In both cases the staff took excellent care for me. I was seen soon after I arrived in S.Carolina each time. Dr. Swanson cared for me on both visits. He was not only thorough in fixing my problems but showed great interest in my circumstances, working on my problem as if I was a longtime local patient ‼️

AppalachiaManI needed to have my right ear checked out due to ringing in it. I was referred here by my doctor and I was very happy with all the attention and professionalism by and of the staff. The ringing pretty much subsided and it's just a very minor hearing loss as a result of the tests I was given. I highly recommend this place.
