Richard EvansI had an outstanding experience at the Popeyes located off I-95 North, Exit 119 inside the TA Travel Center this evening (Saturday, April 4, 2026, around 7:10 PM), and I felt compelled to share it. What truly stood out was the professionalism and composure of one of your employees, Shatorey. During my visit, a situation arose where a customer refused to use the self-service kiosk system that this location has in place. Despite being asked politely multiple times to enter his order into the kiosk, the individual became increasingly rude and disruptive, even raising his voice in front of several young children nearby. Throughout the entire interaction, Shatorey remained calm, respectful, and professional. She handled the situation with patience and maturity well beyond expectations. Rather than escalating the issue, she chose to deescalate by stepping in, assisting the customer herself at the kiosk, and continuing to provide service without showing frustration or disrespect. Even while being spoken to rudely, she maintained a positive attitude and continued to serve not only that customer but others waiting, without missing a beat. That level of customer service, especially under pressure, is rare and deserves recognition. Employees like Shatorey represent the Popeyes brand in the best possible way. Her professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer service turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one for everyone around. Popeyes, Thank you for having team members like her. She is truly an asset to your organization and will be the reason we return to this location in the future for repeated business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The JudgeBest Popeyes I've had very fresh, great breading. I tried the wings and I had the nuggets. Honestly the nuggets work even better than the wings. Everything was very hot and tasty. Garlic parmesan was a good wing sauce. Great rest area too if you need gas or other supplies
