Randy WayAbsolutely great customer service from beginning to final resolution! Awesome communication! Called with an internet issue on Sunday afternoon and was able to talk to a representative immediately. I didn't need resolution on Sunday, but requested resolution by early afternoon on Monday due to Airbnb guests checking in. I received a call early Monday from a technician (ie Bryce) who was heading to check on the issue and offered telephone call feedback confirming issue resolution. Bryce resolved the issue quickly and provided immediate feedback. Bryce provided top notch professional service which was greatly appreciated by this worry wart senior citizen. Thanks Bryce!!!
