Sumter Nissan is out to make money. They don’t care about the people and their problems. My pathfinder was giving us problems and we had it towed there. They told us it was out of gas. I have the gas receipt where I had put gas in it. Then they said it needed a transmission flush, because it was supposed to have metal shavings in the fluid. I got it back from them and took it to Charleston Nissan and it was the fuel pump. They were very understanding. Sumter Nissan charged me $250. $5.00 plus tax to keep a record of my visit. They did not fix the car. This is not acceptable. Red flag when service manager says you can trust me. He wanted over $1,800 to fix car in addition to the $250. This did not include a fuel pump. We gave him the codes and it indicated fuel pump. He would not accept the codes. Charleston Nissan got the same codes as O’Reilly Auto Parts. Never would I suggest someone to go to Nissan of Sumter.
